Account Recovery that was Linked to Facebook issue

Trying to get my account recovered. In game help just goes into a never ending circle of use self help articles that don't help, to verifying account information, to verifying ownership, and then back all over again. I've been at this for almost 5 days with no end in sight. I've been as patient as I could be, but I'm losing my mind here having to repeatedly barf out the same info over and over, again and again.

Opening a support ticket only has them refer me back to in game support, and I am no closer to a solution. There has to be a manager/supervisor that I can chat, or email, who I can work with personally to solve this.  Because the constant revolving door of getting a new EA advisor every time I reply, is not working.
