Account recovery

Thanks for reaching out. You were right to reach out directly to the support team for more help as this isn't something we can assist with from the forums. I see you did hear back from a support rep already but I think there's been a misunderstanding on their side. You're not reaching out about the update per say which is what their reply seems to be about and I'm not sure where the FIFA link came from...Sorry about that.
Could you get back in touch with them please? To help reduce the potential for misunderstanding, let's see if limiting the initial message helps. Maybe something along the lines of:

From there, follow the steps in that guide to reach our support team for more help. For example,
- From the page that loads, in the top left, click on the EA Help logo to bring you to the EA Help homepage
- In the 'Game Support' tab, type 'SWGOH' into the search bar and select the tile that appears.
- Select See all help topics.
- Select the Manage my account category.
- Select I need help logging into my EA Account.
- The available contact options should appear under the heading 'Still need help'.
The support rep you reach will help as best they can from there.
