Community ManagerHello. If the account has been deleted, we most likely can't recover it. Account deletions are normally final. However, we can't help with account related issues over the EA Forums. You would need to contact an advisor again to see if they can help. Cases can be opened by following the instructions here.
The account itself has not been deleted. It is still present in the guild. But when the player tries to log in, he gets to the guest account. And he can't log in to his own.
