Summarize your bug Admiral Raddus is somehow able to reach 100% ult but unable to use the ability. The ability icon becomes accessible, but has "100%" overlaid and the button doesn't activate when pressed: https://youtu.be/mhzPL9Q3TCU I'm not sure on repro steps, maybe him being cooldown increased before reaching 100% is the cause?
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Exact repro is unclear but the fight in this case was against a JMK/CAT team with GAS. Without a sandbox mode, can't really test to give better repro. Could be linked to Raddus having his cooldowns increased before reaching 100% charge?
