Summarize your bug Hello. I payed for a bundle that included some heroes which would help me achieved the completion of Palpatine a Grand Admiral Thrawn Journeys. When I was in the last sector, last fight, to get the 100 final shard of Thrawn, the game said it needed to restart. I did the restart and came back to see the Journey completed but no rewards. I’m currently missing 100fragments of Admiral Thrawn and customer support has been of no help. Please, is there a way I could receive my 100 shard of Admiral Thrawn? Thanks in adavnce.
