It’s been a week and a half and it still doesn’t work, stuck on 11/12 very frustrating

Two weeks for me now. Stuck on 11/12. Is there fix coming anytime? I've spent 60 € for crystals to speed up jabba unlock and now I have to wait until someone decides to fix it. Worst customer experience in a long time
