All Mods disappeared

Well Support is a blatant joke:

short: returned on monday after years long break and all was like i left behind. Yesterday my Account went from 7.2m Gp to 6,5m because all equipped mods were gone.

I can not farm new mods because as soon as I equip a second mod, the former disappears. Posted a vid on reddit showing the bug.

Support People introduce themselves within 5 Minutes with always changing names and are not even able to read my bug report or to review the screen Recordings they explicetly asked for.
I went through all troubleshooting guides with them. But now they simply closed the ticket.

playing without mods is a huge disadvantage. Anyone has an idea ? I would even consider to start farm new mods… but i need to be able to equip them at least.

Was given a message that the client needed to restart, and when I came back, every mod that was equipped on my characters had disappeared. Any help would be appreciated, as I really don't want to lose the months of grinding I have put into some of those, plus the resources for splicing and credits.

Thanks a lot! I'm going to have nightmares now! "No Modnster no! Don't eat my mods, please don't eat my......zzzzz". Reading this forum can be worse than watching a Freddie movie before sleeping.

Same here. Returning player from 2022. All equipped mods were gone as of yesterday afternoon. EA/CG please help!

Hi Aljo, thank you for your response. Any help is appreciated. The game is basically unplayable until this is fixed for me. I can't progress in squads, territory war, raids, conquest or events without mods. All I can do right now is sim.

Same issue for me, all my mods disappeared. Went from 7M+ GP to 6.6M GP....

Could it be possible to get some crafts materials instead of waiting for a fix that might never come ? Or could you give us a timeline for an hypothetical fix ? (It appears the same issue appeared few month ago for some players...)
Literally hundreds of mods gone... thats a lot of currency and crafting materials... if there is no possible fix, it would be kind to help us.

Good morning Aljo, is there any update on this? My in game support ticket they suggested they could restore my mods and then promptly closed the ticket and referred me to this thread. Obviously has been not fun to play the game without mods (that represent significant investment in game) and I’ve missed out on a lot of opportunity for progress (events, conquest, raid, TW, GAC, arena) while this issue continues. Any update would be appreciated.
