Apple Bundle Issue - No Bonus

Hey Team,

I purchased a gift card through Target, received the redemption email as well. When I redeemed the special bundle nothing was added to my account:

I reached out to Apple and they said it was pushed through on their side. I haven't received any additional content from the bundle itself, nothing came in as a gift, or in my inbox. I've also hit the restore purchases button and nothing has come through.

I have the confirmation from Apple and the gift card ID, I can send those in DMs if necessary.
