Apple gift card promo not working

Just purchased a 25$ apple gift card to get the SWGOH promo and nothing happend when I pressed redeem - it opened the app and said “I claimed it” but did not actually give me any crystals or shards. It won’t let me put in the code again either (obviously) Who do I reach out to for this? Ally code 774-338-224
