Apple gift card promo redemption issue

Hi, I purchased a 50$ apple gift card from target (I’m in the US). I then went to redeem it on Apple and then opened swgoh and there was nothing to claim. It’s been an hour or two and still nothing. ...

Bumping this because I still have not recieved my crystals. I have redeemed the gift card already like 20 days ago, and I have pictures of it still, but I have not recieved my crystals
