Kyber Lightspeed Token Issue

Same issue here

i can't even buy them, every time i try it just goes into the infinite loading, then the token disappears from the store. i have tried both web and PC stores.

update...it seems i can't buy anything from the store at the moment. i tried something else, and they all error-ed out too. 

There is a complaint of sorts in general discussion regarding the level 7 ability which would be the zeta of possible characters so has this Kyber LS token been pulled until wording around the LS token has been verified/reviewed?
EA_Gunner​ you seem to have approved the solution on that one yet many people are still disagreeing with the solution and lack of update on what is happening is a little lacking.

It would be much appreciated if someone can fix my order, relay info to the crowds of people who actually want to buy the token and just get on with the game.  It is the first time this type of purchase error has occurred for me and resolving it does not seem to be easy.

As always, appreciate updates or info on what is happening.

I will give this to Monday or Tuesday then i will ask my bank to refund the charges directly, I was provided something that was not the near the value of the item i bought with good faith.

If the only way to resolve this is mass tagging then i can do but i will be able to prove that i have made every effort to resolve this.  Its an easy fix, remove the crystals and give me the LS token.

i don't know if what you're asking is really that simple to do, bu i wish you luck. i think the larger problem is that the tokens and the store as a whole seemed to be bugged for a lot of people and i would imagine that will be the priority, after all it doesn't matter what the token's wording is if 50% of people can't even buy it. 

Of course it is.  They can remove and provide content as they wish with account details.  They can check, verify, record and detail every action in game modes and transactions.  they can simply remove the 2k crystals and give me that LS token.  (im not even bothered about the wording on the level 7 ability zeta issue).  

the issue is that there is a serious lack of communication or ability to contact someone human to deal with things.  

This is what i bought, not 2000 crystals. 

you might think that, but even modern live service games aren't always coded in such a way that those type of things are easy to track and change. just look at dune, brand new game that had a similar problem and the devs came out and said they would have to get creative as a team to fix it. swgoh is decade old mobile game with poor customer support by your estimation. i'm with you man, i hope the situation gets resolved. if nothing else at least you got a 2k crystal discount. well maybe it actually evens out to about regular price. 

update for anyone having store issues though, weirdly enough i was able to purchase in the android version of the game store. not sure why that is the only one working for me, but there it is. 

Yeah i have to have hope that its something they can quickly do in a couple of keystrokes, makes mine and their life easier.  Managed to get an EA case reference number too as exploring multiple ways of getting their attention.  Wont be anything until after weekend now but ill give it my best and glad yours worked out, As for crystals, i think they are on average with the actual in game price so no real benefit whereas the LS token accounts for more resources so id rather have that.
