Arena battles freezing with no action buttons

Summarize your bug I'm having an issue with arena matches freezing occasionally. I run a JKR, Bastila, Jolee, GMY, and Thrawn squad. The issue happens against Darth Revan teams that include Darth Malak. Every so often when I perform the masterstroke aoe from Yoda, it crits against Malak and causes fear on Yoda, which should just skip his turn and prevent him getting back-to-back moves. The game will sometimes freeze though with Yoda highlighted as the active player, with zero TM, and the swirling purple fear effect. The action buttons disappear and no further moves can be made. The clock still runs and things such as the auto button or Xspeed button can still be used, but all action stops and the battle times out to a draw (loss for me).
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fight arena matches between my squad composition and DR teams with Malak. Do the standard mark, tenacity up, fracture open for the counter and kill Darth Revan. Then use masterstroke with Malak active whenever possible. Pay attention to what happens when the attack crits on Malak and causes fear on GMY. I've hard closed the app and restarted every time this has happened, but it's occurred around 6-7 times in the past week since I started running this squad and climbing to the top of the board. One known instance occurred against Grand Admiral Sledge (811-437-673). Two occurred in back to back attempts with an identical move sequence against Niman (616-586-321) in early am PST battles on June 11th. Most of the battles happen on Wifi connection, but sometimes my connection is on mobile. Has cost me at least 200 crystals in lost attempts requiring additional refreshes.
