Summarize your bug All other Squads in Squad Arena are 10k power and 10 levels above me. I took a break from the game and the arena seed I am in jumped ahead. No big deal except now I can't play arena at all and it is pointless because everyone is a much higher level and I lose every fight. I at least want to face somebody in my level range that does not have an obscene advantage over me.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Move me to a new Arena Seed or shard.

No big deal except now I can't play arena at all and it is pointless because everyone is a much higher level and I lose every fight. I at least want to face somebody in my level range that does not have an obscene advantage over me. I called for assistance and they said there was nothing they could do but that really sucks because I spent 50 dollars on this game already and If they can't fix this arena bug I will just quit since it is pointless with how necessary arena is and yes I have refreshed the arena roster and stuff it doesn't matter they are always level 65 to 75 if not higher.
- Hi @Shadewake and sorry to hear you're unhappy with your current arena setup.
The Arena "shard" you are on is filled only with people who started playing the game (or reached a certain point in the game) at approximately the same time as you. Currently there is no way to change shards.
The squads that you can "see" when you refresh are the players in your shard who are at arena ranks just above you. So if you are #20, you have the option to challenge players in ranks #14-19, but nobody else (and nobody behind you).
The way I see it, you have three main options:
1) Start a new account. That means throwing away all the work you've done so far, but a new account will start on a new shard with players who also are starting right now. You may have a tactical advantage over players with less experience than you, but players who spend money on the game will advance very quickly.
2) Stick with it, try to maximize your farming and gain those levels quickly. Identify the Arena Squad you want to use and focus on leveling, starring, and gearing those characters. The maximum level is 85, so once you get there, no player will have a level advantage on you.
3) Change your Arena squad to something much weaker. This will mean players who are lower than you in the rankings will attack your squad, causing you to drop to a lower rank. Then you will have the option to attack these players, who are likely weaker than your original squad. You can defeat them, climb to a higher rank, and repeat this process.
Unfortunately, this isn't a bug, and there's nothing that Customer Support can do. The way to improve your squad is by investing more time and/or money into it! Ten levels shouldn't take too long to catch up if you complete all your daily tasks, use the crystals from the daily tasks to buy energy, get all the free energy boosts throughout the day, and use it all. Buying regular energy (for use on light & dark side nodes) is the best value in terms of energy, so I recommend that (up to 3x per day anyway).
