Arena Reset Request

Can not progress in arena due to not playing for a while. Requesting arena reset so I can climb through the ranks as intended and not be stuck with teams at relic 8 when I'm at gear xii. Can not complete quests due to this issue. Arena and Ships should reset once a week or once a month to fix this issue in my opinion, but that's neither here nor there. Thanks and would like to hear any information on this matter if possible.
