ASSAULT BATTLE clearly has a refresh timer

The new assault battle clearly has a refresh timer, yet now we are told it will be "fixed" and there will be no refresh. This clearly is a bug-the message about it bing fixed-unless it is just unethi...

    After the fact.  Plenty of players spent crystals and upgraded characters before you communicated this.
