Attack buttons disappearing and battle refusing to time out in Conquest

Why is this not getting fixed? The only conclusion people can come to is that this is a frustration mechanic being allowed. I've had this happen the last 2 Conquests and it seems to only happen when a number of things for a feat are accomplished in a single battle. 

Act like a legitimate and competent development company.
