Thank you for investigating. However I've done that and been getting the whole "purchases are final, no refunds for accidental purchase" spiel. It seems impossible to have accidently purchased it however as 

A. I was certain I was on the episode pass purchase screen.

B. The episode pass purchase button is the only $$ purchase button on that side of the screen.

C. The pack I received was from in game store yet went to inbox instead of the standard in game pack purchase window.

Can you give me the case ID please?
