Automated Ban of new EA Accounts

There appears to be a system error with EA's new account verification system where newly created EA Accounts are receiving an automated permanent ban about a week after account creation.  This happened to me on a secondary account, and I have spoken with about a dozen other players who have been similarly impacted. All stated they created a new EA Account to finally access the webstore to capitalize on last month's Temple Guard promotion, and now all of them have had their account permanently banned while committing no violation of the Terms of Service or User Agreement.  A brief moment of internet research seems to indicate this is not a SWGoH specific issue but is occurring across the entire EA ecosystem.

Once a ban of this nature has been applied to an account, it is nearly impossible to receive assistance through EA.Help as it is entirely AI managed and connecting with a real person just isn't possible.  This effectively cuts off the pipeline of new players (and spenders) engaging with the game.  Please advise.
