Bought Gift for Guildmate, but they didn't get it

I've been waiting to be helped for days now, sent a case in EA help in game and still no response. 

I bought my brother a malgus light speed bundle using the gift option. He did not receive it and yet I was charged.  My ally code is 365-493-776. His ally code is 211-829-337. My Google play order number is GPA.3349-3905-6712-18024. The order was made Aug 24 at 5:59:32 AM MST.

This is starting to get a little ridiculous as it has been days, I was charged almost 50 dollars and my brother has not received it yet. Also the in game support is not responding at all, I am a frequent spender in this game but until this is fixed I cannot be spending anymore. Please someone at CG help me and look at case! EA_Gunner​

    My issue with the Malgus LSB not being given to my guildmate is not fixed yet, so I'm gonna post my stuff here. 

    attached is the proof of purchase and my guildmate's allycode is: 398-296-581.

    I want the Malgus to be properly sent over to him AS INTENDED with my purchase, if not then I'm requesting for a refund.

    I purchased the Malgus LSB through a gift to another player ally code 855-289-565.And the set was credited to my account ally code 932-747-531

    On 22.08.2025 around 8 PM CET I've purchased LSB Malgus gift to my friend. Money was taken out of my account but my friend didn't receive it.

     

    On 24th I've opened a support case but getting nowhere. Your support claims I've purchased this to myself which is impossible since I've had Malgus at R5 way back so I didn't even see this bundle anywhere except from gift tab.

     

    I need some help here PLEASE or I will report this to a local enforcement agency (Police) as a theft since my money was taken and electronic license didn't deliver.

    I need some real help and I'm getting nowhere for a week almost.
