Bad Batch LSB order did not work

I tried ordering the bad batch bundle multiple times and the order did not go through and looks like it never even existed. the game would just get stuck on the checkout screen and i worried id get charged multiple times from multiple attempts. 

Tried contacting ea support.. nothing.

is there any way i can still get the bundle?
