Help! I’ve been hacked

Question

As I’ve woken up this morning, my account has seemingly been hacked. My account was renamed from ‘DarthCallidus’ to ‘Screwyouandyouraccount’, the hacker left my guild and spent around 2000 crystals. My guild mates from Phantom_Pain have tried to contact the hacker via ingame chat, during my absence, but didn’t get a response.

My Google Email attached to the account has not been compromised. I’ve validated it with the Google team.

Can someone please help me on this matter asap?

Just to validate it wasn’t my EA account being compromised I linked it to a new account and the person is still able to access the account.

It happened again. Every account associated with my SWGoH is secure. I’m not sure how the hacker keeps getting access.. I even transferred to a new EA account too. Now he/she left my Guild again and renamed my account to ‘Nope’. Do they have access via my Player ID or something? The security logs from all my account don’t show any other entries than my own and the passwords have been changed multiple times and are extremely secure.

EA_Gunner Is this something you can help me with? Or someone else? The ingame support has been referencing me to iOS support but they can’t help me either as the associated account is secure (password changed, force logout, no other logins for months) and same for the EA account associated with my SWGoH account. I even created a fresh one (as you can see by this thread) just to be sure. But it didn’t matter
