Bad Batch LSB

I purchased the Bad Batch Light Speed Bundle last Friday and have still not received it. I used Apple Pay (as I’ve done with previous purchases), confirmed that the money was posted from my bank, and received a confirmation email that the purchase was successful, however I never received the characters nor the coaxium I was supposed to. I immediately opened a ticket with EA Help, and they have not been helpful after numerous days. They’re telling me that the characters were received, however if they look at my account, they would clearly see none of these characters are the 7-star relic 5 that the bundle contains. Has anyone else had a similar issue with a LSB and how did you get it resolved? It’s taking EA multiple days to respond in the forum, and when they do, it’s a short message just saying that it looks good on their end, despite me sending screenshots of my account and confirmation emails.

  • having similar issues as you the “EA help” agents are useless and not understanding that i did not get the product i payed for, i dont understand whats going on. It takes forever for them to respond as well
