Bait and switch or bad/lazy programing?

I just bought one of the leviathan lsb from the webtore and instead of giving me relic 7 toons i was sent a error message then sent 3.5 k crystals. I dont want 3.5k crystals.i want what i paid for.i dont buy crystals from yall. This is not acceptable. Im tired of being nickel and dimed in life for every little thing. Im equally tired of our paying top dollar for lackluster products. I just want my relic 7 toons which is what i paid for. I paid in webstore, yall took money out my account. Where the hell is my product?
