Banned for no reason

Hello. Today I got banned for my account. I’m very surprised. 

I have played these game without cheating and bags.

I don’t see reason why my account was block.

In my guild my friends told me that it could be by collessey.

But I paid for this game, buy every episodes pass, so my scores bigger than another player, because I playing a lot and spend my time and money, it’s okay
