This incident must be a major mistake, I have been playing this game for so long and I have invested a lot of time and money into this. CG please , unban me, there is basically no reason for that! I have never cheated in coliseum!

My account access to the game was blocked without any explanation. I have never violated the game rules or used any prohibited software or exploits.

I have been actively playing for over 3 years and have invested a significant amount of both time and money into the game, so this situation is very upsetting for me.

I kindly ask you to review my case and investigate the situation carefully. This issue has affected not only me, but also 7 other accounts in my guild, as well as players from other guilds. We suspect that the problem may be related to the Coliseum mode.
