One more try after 2.5 days waiting for a fix, this problem is not difficult to solve as one can see from the previous threads that it can be done.
I bought the following Hoth LSB:

Why does it take so long to fix this issue?
From the EA help channel at first they claimed I bought this LSB more than once which is obviously not right (see pic above) and now they are claiming I bought it for someone else (totally contradicting the first claim), which is obviously not true, please read the description of the LSB. Come on guys, what kind of service is that?
