Squad Arena PKHO vs LV game gets stuck

Encountered this 2 times now when using PKHO (vanecron) vs LV in Squad Arena.
The action buttons disappear, using Auto does nothing.

When the timer runs out, nothing happens.
Chat still works, but have to press forfeit to come out of the battle.

Can you please look into what is happening? This will be an even bigger problem in TW / GAC.
