How bad can a customer service be? After 3 days of waiting and some bad responses (see post above) they respond me in the ticket that they understand that I am missing the kyrotech bundle, seriously? How about reading what I actually wrote before?
I am missing the Hoth LSB which I bought from your EA webstore!
I’ve made my own post twice about it and both posts have just completely disappeared 🤷
I just had a check on the help bot in the game and a human responded! I’ve messaged back, might be worth checking yours as well bud! I’ll update ya when I get an update
