Ben LSB

Ally code is 693-288-235

I went to go buy Ben’s LSB, it gave me an oops error and The LSB disappeared from the web store. I really want to purchase him. Will you please help.

    Hey everyone,

    Sorry to hear the bundle isn't showing up after buying it. Let’s try a couple of things that usually help missing content come through:

    • First, double-check that the purchase was fully completed and the payment was charged.
    • Next, head into the game and try restoring your purchases: open the Cantina, tap the gear icon in the top left, and select Restore Purchases.

     

    If the bundle still doesn’t appear after that, please contact our support team through the game and share your proof of purchase. They’ll do their best to look into this for you from there.

  • Ally code is 176-126-373

    Bought Malgus and Solo. Malgus worked fine. Bank was charged for both purchases but never received Ben Solo. In game help was useless. Anyone know how to resolve this? 

  • This is not solved. Your in game help won't accept an order number from the webstore. It keeps saying "Enter the full order number" when I'm entering the number from the email.

    Restore purchases does nothing. 

  • After going through EA chat and in game chat which has a bug and was stuck, to get a ticket in the system I had to do a workaround. My chat was stuck on enter an order number. I had to go back to an old Google Play order to get it to move forward. Then it gave me the option to close out and start a new chat. In the new chat: You can't follow the prompts for missing purchase. You have to say other issue. Manually enter the details and then it will let you attach proof of purchase and submit a ticket. Hopefully that works. We'll see.
