Malgus LSB not appearing almost two days later after verified purchase..

Question

So it’s almost two days since I made the Malgus LSB purchase and it still hasn’t appeared in the game or offered any other solutions. I got in touch with the in game support chat last night and gave them the receipts that I received in my e-mail and the one in the EA account, but haven’t heard ever since. Payment has gone through and not pending anymore.

Same exact issue and their in game support person said that I did receive it and tried to time stamp me having received it. Weird since I sent them a screen shot of my roster showing him not even unlocked yet.
