Ben Solo lab

Hey, I bought the Ben Solo lightspeed bundle on the web store and it did not register in the game. I’ve been trying to contact EA and it’s next to impossible to receive any support or customer service. $60 bundle CAD, didn’t appear in game and no proper customer support. Any chance I’m able to get help here?
