Birthdays Do Not Match

I just turned 18 and went to access the webstore to see if I could finally make purchases on it, however, I still couldn’t. I tried to unlink and relink my EA account to try to fix it, and when I did, I couldn’t relink it because apparently the birthdays did not match. I tried to fix it in game through the help, and they said I had to provide id to fix it, and gave me a list of suitable ids, including my drivers license. I sent them a picture of my license, and then they said it wasn’t a valid id. Now I am incredibly frustrated because I have been playing this game for years and have spent hundreds of dollars to now not even be able to access the pc client or the webstore.
