Still missing Star Killer bundle

Hi

I am waiting now since last weekend for the delivery of the purchased and confirmed Star Killer bundle.

    I am a bit angry about the way ea ignored my issue with Star Killer LSB. I bought it on Thursday, 25th of July. I received an OC from the web shop. I paid with my credit card and I received crystals instead of the bundle.

    I wrote it immediately here in this forum, I shared screenshots. But since then, nothing happened. This is the last message I write regarding this issue. When I didn't receive the bundle Monday evening I will inform credit card issuer and claim it there.

  • Man they need to sort this out for you! This is ridiculous! I bought the same bundle and I would be so annoyed if this happened to me. 

    on top of sorting it out for you, they should compensate you for having to wait over a week! 

    SORT IT OUT CG!!!

  • I have the same issue with an episode pass ordered thru the webstore and are since writing with the EA support which isnt helpful at all. They need around 24h between each message (sometimes even longer) and so far the messages can be condensed to: 2x "here is a short summary of what you have written" and 1x "you mostlikely bought an episode pass some time ago but it does reset all 28 days, thats why your reward track is locked"

    So its a fun experience

    Same thing happened to me with the Grand Inquisitor bundle. I put in a ticket to ea help and have been ignored for many days now 

  • Am having a ridiculously similar issue with Dr Aphra- just wanted to say it's not just you and I hope you get Starkiller and fair compensation soon

    Same here with the Inquisitors bundle. They've said they are aware of the issue but I want to know how long they expect it to take to fix it and what they are doing, because at the moment it just feels like they are hoping if they say they're doing 'something' people will forget and leave it alone. I appreciate giving away crystals instead of an LSB is an expensive mistake for them, but I'm happy for them to take the crystals if they give me my LSB. I'm also starting to miss out on events and rewards I should have been able to get if I had the Inqs LSB, like the Scythe mission in TBs (i have all the shards just need GI to unlock), the assault battle for Inqs that starts tomorrow, and being able to use them for conquest feats. 

    I'm deeply frustrated and annoyed, mainly at the silence from CG. Please just tell us how long you expect it to take to get us our bundles and what you are going to do to make it right. Nearly two weeks without an announcement is unacceptable.

    Thats the last message I got from customer support. After 6 days of descrybing my Issue and them answering once per two days.
    Really helped me alot..

    It's so ridiculous how CG and EA are handling this.
    Since the last update, there have been so many bugs with the game. I have display errors on my iPhone 15, but not on my iPad and an older iPhone 12.
    The online shop doesn't seem to work reliably anymore.
    It's just embarrassing. You're a good enough customer to spend money (way too expensive, by the way!)
    But when there are problems, they let you down.
    If CG and/or EA finally deliver the package this week (I'll wait that long this week since I paid with a credit card), I expect all characters to be fully equipped at R5. That means all Zetas, etc.
    If you look at the forum, you get the feeling there's only one person working there to solve the problem.

    As I said, it's just embarrassing and ridiculous!

    SHAME ON YOU EA and CG, shame on you.

    It's ridiculous and shameful how long it takes EA and CG to deliver an LSB.
    I've been waiting for the Star Killer LSB since July 25, 2025!
    I don't want crystals as a replacement! Deliver me the LSB forever!
    And as compensation, with all the Zetas etc. in R5
    It feels like there's only one person working for SWGOH's technical support.

    Come on, EA and CG, it can't be that difficult!
