Bo-Katan SM - swallow then immediate spit - makes mission unrecoverable

I've seen on another post that its "by design" that the KD gets a bonus turn after swallow "sometimes" but no explanation as to why - it needs to be explained because if you've put something in the mission that makes it unwinnable in some circumstances that you cant explain then its not by design and its messed up and you cant explain why and can't be bothered to look at fixing it to make it fairer on the player. An entire guild can miss out on unlocking the mandalore zone because of the "you lose" scenario (which you cant/wont explain)
