Bought an LSB and haven't received it

Hi, i bought the Beskar mando and razor crest LSB a few hours ago (along with a couple others) and I received them all apart from the Mando one, can anyone help?

Disappearing OG Hondo
My Relic 7 OG Hondo keeps disappearing after 2 turns, he isn't killed or even damaged. It happens in every game mode. Can someone please fix this bug on my account My Ally code is 846-872-441.

Bought Leviathan LSB, Error And Got Crystals
Purchased a Leviathan LSB, see attached confirmation email but my game inbox said there was a problem with the purchase and I just received crystals instead of the characters I paid for.
