missing game items

I purchased a $5 pack from in-game store but there was something wrong with it like its not complete, then i pay again, it said items has already purchased,so i went to my inventory and found its there.

but later i found there are 2 $5 charged on my bank account with only a few seconds difference, and the bank customer service told me its charged, so im wondering can i get it twice or give me the refund without harming my game account? cause i heard someone once told me it would get my google banned if they think its a refund abuse but im didnt do that, i just need whats mine and i dont want 5$ crystals, its what i need.
