Bought geo lsb got crystals?

Bought the $15 geo lsb. Logged in game and had mail saying something about the transaction and that I was reimbursed as best they could??? Wtf i don’t want 2k crystals? That’s not even close to 5 relicd  characters. Ally code 798-668-666
