Bought Jabba LSB and got nothing

I bought Jabba LSB 2 days ago and didn't receive anything (no character, no crystals, nothing).

    But after that I couldn't buy Jabba bundle (it was not showing anymore) and didn't receive any message that order has failed. A shame ...
