Bought LSB, got Gems..

I hope someone here reads and can actually help me..

I ordered both the Darth Revan LSB and Jedi knight Revan LSB on 4-11-2025. I received the Darth revan bundle, but never received the Jedi knight version, I did receive gems, but I didn’t order those.

i have contacted EA Help directly (after the 24H waiting period), I have talked with 3 or 4 people from there and nobody is helping, they keep pushing my case to another person.
