Did not get what I paid for my last two purchases.

Can someone direct me to where I need to go to receive what I purchased? My Ally Code is 171487662.

Today I purchased the 15 dollar calendar offer and my game immediately crashed (Ability Mat Blitz Calendar, image below). When I logged back in the game gave me 2,080 crystals and apologized. The issue is that the calendar in-game value is WAY more than 2,080 crystals and is what I agreed to purchase.

Last week I purchased the Moff Gideon lightspeed and states... "omicrons included"... and I only get one omicron. I know that EA has posted on this topic and is going to do something about it, but thought I would bring it up as this is two purchases in a row :).

Am I going to get what I agreed to purchase? How do I fix this?
