Tonight I purchased the Leviathan Lightspeed Bundle 2 off of the webstore.

I also purchased the Fury Class Interceptor around the same time (no issues there!)

When I opened Galaxy of Heroes up I went into my inbox to claim my purchases and instead of getting the contents of the Leviathan Lightspeed Bundle 2 I instead received 5847 Crystals…

I will attach the images of purchase from the webstore and redemption in game 

Not sure if this has been a known issue for others as Malgus’s ship redeemed successfully?

Do they just do nothing when this happens? Do they just ignore this?

Is this really the only path forward? Do they ignore these issues? Do they really think they can just give crystals and are fine... when you use money to purchase a specific digital item?

Yeah pretty annoying I submitted a ticket spoke to an advisor which said they handed it over to the games team or some BS still heard nothing…
