Bought the Episode Pass and didn’t get it.

Like I said, just paid the £20 for the episode pass and the money has left my account but I’ve not received it. Any help would be appreciated!!

Beat tier 4 of Colusium and recieved no rewards
This has not been the first time this has happened but now im starting to get pissed. Its hard enough to progress as low spender without getting shorted with rewards I earned.
