Bought GL kylo ren Ls bundel and got nothing

Maybe the payment didn't work but I bought this bundel last night still havent got anything support is not helping in the application and keeps saying to refresh and that just isn't helping I want to receive my characters so I can do the journey guide this has taken me so much time and energy I don't get how you can have such a bad support team I am very disappointed and expect I won't be helped with this message but im just getting so mad at this game I spend a lot of time and money and get **bleep** support just help me get my bundel please this is the bundle im talking about
