Bought the "hacked card". Didn’t get the materials but was still charged

As the title says, I bought one of those « hacked cards » that let you choose 3 relic materials among a variety of choice (23,99€) and got an error message. I was later given 2800 cristals I did not wished for, cause ain’t no way I can get the amount of materials promised with those. And yet, I’ve still been charged these 23,99€ on my bank account. 
CG assistance is no help, can’t talk to a real person, so here I am throwing a bottle in the sea.
