After 14 days, the problem was solved.
I received the LSB in my in-game mail, and the crystals remained as compensation!

Nothing useful for me. They are just transfer to team of specialists, who are actively investigating the issue.

Have you had any luck with support? I still have yet to receive an email with my case number access code. Purchased the bundle on the 19th and still waiting. Doubt I will be using the webstore any time soon seeing how buggy it is compared to the in-game shop

Same. Support wants me to wait for 24hrs. Don't think that is going to work, considering I got an error message when it happened and received crystals instantly. If any support is reading this thread and wants to help me out as well it would be greatly appreciated. My details are below:
