Bought Two Bundles, Charged to Card, not received

Question

Hi, I bought the Battle of Hoth and JMLS bundle. They aren’t in the shop anymore, and they have been charged to my credit card, but they aren’t showing up. I’ve tried to restore purchases, and have contacted EA, but they haven’t done anything. Does anyone know why this is happening? I know other people are struggling with this too. My ally code is 167-775-391

Looks like you were able to repurchase the bundles. Please get in touch with support and request a refund for the failed purchases.

That’s a what I mean. I still don’t have the bundles. They just aren’t in my account. We’ll just dispute the first set of purchases on the card itself, but I paid a second time and don’t have the bundles.&nbsp;
