Please try resetting your network settings and tell us if that resolves the issue for you.
Two days have passed, still no INFO from the devs. For some players the network reset did work, great, but what about the rest of us? Any suggestions? Any update?
Are we waiting till 27/11 as I read in a post? Could you just give us a response?
Once again: The game doesnt start, a message pops up saying the application has stopped. The Game icon has changed into a black n white cube. I am using a Sony Xperia, Android 7.0
Dont know the ally code, since I cant log in the game. I am afraid to uninstall/reinstall, cause I dont want to lose all the progress I have made in the game.
Maybe I get the fastest report here at this place ...
Needless to say that the whole situation is very frustrating - OK, will be kicked out of my guild as I don't know if the other players can play - or not. Maybe they have read about update - problems - but I doubt ... not - cause the only progress I see in getting this errors solved is... well, I hope at least some programmers are working on a new update to get it up as soon as possible.
OK, right now I'm losing a lot of items, points ... whatever ... well, it is simply only a game nothing life dependant - but if someone from EA is reading too here ... please give us some information if and how the problem will be fixed. I know - it's hard to give an estimation about "when" ... but a little bit more response would not hurt also.
