Just to say I find it kind of sad that you didn't give any compensation about the problem, nor even a "sorry", and that some people are still having issues after so much time.
There was a bug making the game unplayable, and around that we had:
- Few communications
- Workaround found by players and not by staff
- No more communications except to give the workaround.
It is my first hand experience with this kind of problem, but I can say that not even a "sorry, we screwed up" is making me feel that EA doesn't see players or even clients, but only statistics and cash flow.
Call me idealistic, but I find that depressing. I'm not the kind to fall to anger (no Dark Side for me :-) ), but I can understand people being angry with this kind of reaction.
