Since I manually downloaded the last update from google store the game crashes during cantina loading screen or even Disney screen. I tried several times uninstall and install the game, restart device, change connection but nothing works so far.
Without my doughters device I would be without acces to the game and maybe kicked from guild :/

But, really mate, are you trolling us? Seven days have passed with no response at all, and now you show up asking WHAT ARE WE EXPERIENCING? Didn't you read 30 pages of complaints?
I have no words....
Anyway, once more: Since the update, the game doesnt start, a message pops up saying the application has stopped. It crashes even before the logo.
The Game icon has changed into a black n white cube.
I am using a Sony Xperia, Android 7.0
I did try the network reset thing, same result, it didnt work.
Dont know the ally code, since I cant log in the game. I am afraid to uninstall/reinstall, cause I dont want to lose all the progress I have made in the game so far.
I would appreciate if you could find a solution, before the end of the year. Thank you
EDIT: More than two weeks have passed since the broken update, the game continues to crash, we still have no information about what to expect. Anyway, I decided to use BlueStacks in order to log in the game and provide you my ally code: 518-219-496 Just in case you are still interested.
