(BUG) Darth Revan Shards Not Received

Completed Darth Revan Journey, didn't receive the last 55 shards.

Apparently this has been a known bug for over 5 years.  Only info I could find to get it corrected, was to post here.  Last post went 72 hours without response.  Attached is a Timestamped Screenshot of my "holo" Darth Revan at the end of Stage 7.
