Bugged BAM Lightspeed Bundle purchase

A few daysa go I purchased both the BAM and Wat Tambor Lightspeed bundle. Unfortunately my order to process the BAM bundle appears to have been blocked/stopped, and I've not received any of the characters.

The Wat Tambor purchase seemed to have gone through fine, and while my card does not appear to have been charged for the BAM pack, I am unable to re-purchase it.

I have tried using the 'Restore Purchases' function within the mobile application but this hasn't helped.

Please advise on how I can 'reset' my BAM purchase and try again / have my original order honoured and my BAM pack delivered.
